Discipline, Organization Culture and PerformanceAbstract
In order to determine and evaluate the relationship between discipline, organizational culture, employee performance, and their interaction, the study was designed to provide answers to the following research questions: (1) What is discipline? (2) What is organizational culture? (3) What is employee performance? (4) Do discipline and organizational culture affect employee performance? The research methodologies employed included explanatory survey and path analysis with descriptive survey. On a broader note, it can be seen that there are other factors which cause targets not to be achieved in the organization apart from a large number of employees being late. PT. Hasakona Binacipta must identify these variables and enhance them to improve employee performance.References
