This study is motivated by the gap between the provision of interactive digital boards and the readiness of infrastructure in elementary schools. This study aims to analyze the dynamic capabilities of school management and pedagogical integration in optimizing the use of interactive digital boards at SDN Padurenan IV, Bekasi City. This research employs a qualitative case study design using interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that dynamic capabilities are reflected through sensing in identifying digitalization opportunities, seizing in implementing manual access controls for 18 classes sharing one device, and transforming through reconfiguring the BOSda budget to upgrade electrical capacity from 950 VA to 5,500 VA. Technology integration based on the TPACK framework enhances student engagement through active group rotation games. This study concludes that optimizing digital technology depends on managerial and pedagogical capabilities in sustainably managing technology.
