Abstract

This study was conducted to examine in depth the influence of leadership style, employee engagement, and work environment conditions on employee service performance using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The data were obtained from scientific articles that were systematically selected through the PRISMA procedure. The findings indicate that leadership style plays a significant role in improving performance by enhancing motivation and providing clear work direction. In addition, employee engagement serves as a key factor in strengthening performance through increased dedication and responsibility in work. Meanwhile, the work environment functions as a supporting factor that affects employee comfort and productivity. Overall, these three variables demonstrate a stronger and more significant influence on employee service performance when considered simultaneously rather than individually.
