This study aims to analyse the influence of employee engagement, leadership, and technology adoption on employee performance, with motivation as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used with an explanatory design via a survey method. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 150 respondents who were permanent employees, and analysed using Partial Least Squares (PLS)-based Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results indicate that employee engagement, leadership, and technology adoption have a positive and significant influence on both work motivation and employee performance. Furthermore, motivation was found to have a significant influence on employee performance and acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between the independent variables and performance. These findings suggest that simultaneously enhancing employee engagement, implementing effective leadership, and optimising technology adoption can boost motivation and impact employee performance. Consequently, this study contributes to the development of an integrative human resource management model that emphasises the importance of motivation as a bridging mechanism between organisational factors and individual performance.
