Abstract

Problems in the efficiency of cold chain distribution are very important to maintain the quality of frozen food products, but PT DPP King Food still has difficulties in maintaining the right temperature when distributing products. Therefore, the implementation of the TMS model of EDOPIPDERA (Efficiency, Distribution, Operator, Maintenance, Induction, Service, Database, Emergency response, Reporting, and Action) can be a promising solution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of TMS, Cold storage, Temperature Sensor, and Automation on Distribution Efficiency. Research methods between qualitative primary data with interviews, observations and as a descriptive quantitative descriptive analysis of secondary data from libraries with searches sourced from e-books, analysis of research objects in online library literature. The results of this article: TMS, Cold Storage, Temperature Sensor and Automation together with the EDOPIPDERA model affect Distribution Efficiency with Rresult in 88.8% and the remaining 11.2% affected by other factors.
