The Influence of Motivation on Employee Performance at Mukhbis Jaya Konveksi in Rancamalang Bandung District

This study aims to determine the motivation and performance of employees at Mukhbis Jaya Konveksi in Rancamalang, Bandung Regency and to determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at Mukhbis Jaya Konveksi in Rancamalang, Bandung Regency. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained from observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were all employees at Mukhbis Jaya Konveksi in Rancamalang, Bandung Regency. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample technique where all populations are sampled. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) application. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but has a low level of relationship between motivation and employee performance at Mukhbis Jaya Konveksi in Rancamalang, Bandung Regency and a small coefficient of determination. Meanwhile, the remaining coefficient of determination is from other variables not examined in this study.
