https://dinastipub.org/DIJMS/article/view/4581
<p>The overall state of Islamic financial literacy in Indonesia is currently suboptimal, primarily attributed to the underutilization of government initiatives aimed at enhancing Islamic financial literacy. Remarkably, mosques, which possess the potential to significantly and directly contribute to community enlightenment, have yet to serve as effective conduits for the dissemination of government programs targeting the improvement of Islamic financial literacy. Presently, there is a dearth of research focusing on the impact of mosque da'wah on Islamic financial literacy levels, as well as investigations examining the specific entities within mosques regarding Islamic social financial literacy. This study seeks to bridge this research gap by amalgamating these two dimensions, employing a descriptive quantitative approach through the application of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing the Smart PLS version 3.0 application. The findings of this study underscore that the level of Islamic social financial literacy is positively and significantly influenced by da'i (actors), maddah (message), and thoriqoh (method). However, while wasilah (media da'wah) exerts an influence on the level of Islamic social financial literacy, its impact is comparatively less robust. Additionally, the study reveals that respondents exhibit a relatively modest degree of Islamic social financial literacy. These findings carry significant implications, emphasizing the potential of mosques as pivotal centers for the enhancement of Islamic social financial literacy.</p> <p> </p>Diant Reksawan, Pitri Yandri

https://dinastipub.org/DIJMS/article/view/4523
<p>As though a double-edged knife, on the one hand, Narcotics can be a panacea for various critical illnesses, but on the other hand, Narcotics can destroy all joints and organs of the human body. Both sides are very much determined by who the narcotics are used for. As one type of Narcotics, Drugs are the type most abused. However, the problems arising from drugs are in fact not only about abuse. Drug abuse is then used as a momentum to form an organized business sector with a structured and systematic sales mechanism. Of course, this is what makes drug abuse categorized as an extraordinary crime that requires extraordinary handling as well. This research will reveal various types of drug abuse as well as national and international efforts and efforts in fighting drug crimes. This research uses qualitative research methods with a literature approach. The data obtained comes from several regulations, such as Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and several other regulations and policies, as well as international cooperation carried out by Indonesia. The results of the study state that Indonesia is currently in a state of drug emergency, so it is necessary to strengthen and innovate government policies to tackle drug crimes that have been committed at this time, as a form of government commitment to eradicating drugs from the base to the upstream of the problem.</p>Putra Nova Aryanto

https://dinastipub.org/DIJMS/article/view/4613
<p>In the face of global uncertainty and increasingly complex business dynamics, innovation, sustainability and transformative leadership are three key pillars that are indispensable in the development of future management theory. This research aims to explore the integration of these three elements in management theory, as well as to identify gaps in the existing literature related to this topic. The main question to be answered is how innovation, sustainability, and transformative leadership can support each other and form an adaptive managerial framework in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth literature analysis of previous research and relevant theoretical studies. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the three elements in forming a more adaptive and sustainable managerial model. The research also found that there are still gaps in the integration of the three elements in one managerial framework, as well as a lack of longitudinal and cross-cultural studies. The conclusion of this study is that future management theory development should pay attention to a holistic approach that integrates innovation, sustainability, and transformative leadership. Future research is recommended to develop case study-based integrative models and explore the role of technology in shaping new leadership.</p>Gerson Manurung, Yayan Hendayana

https://dinastipub.org/DIJMS/article/view/4527
<p>This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on personnel performance at the TNI History Center (Pusjarah). The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study consisted of 120 personnel, and a sample of 40 respondents was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that work motivation and work environment have a significant positive effect on personnel performance, both partially and simultaneously. The regression equation obtained is Y = 1.215 + 0.456.X1 + 0.389.X2 + e, where work motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) significantly contribute to the improvement of personnel performance (Y). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.756 indicates that 75.6% of the variance in personnel performance can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other factors outside the model. This study concludes that increasing personnel motivation and creating a supportive work environment are essential for enhancing personnel performance. Further research is recommended to explore other variables affecting performance.</p>Eva Yuliana

https://dinastipub.org/DIJMS/article/view/4531
<p>The recruitment of Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) personnel is a strategic process to ensure the availability of qualified human resources to support maritime defense tasks. This study aims to analyze the strategies and competencies applied by the Naval Personnel Recruitment Agency (Lapetal) to enhance the effectiveness of TNI AL recruitment. Using a qualitative literature-based approach, the study identifies various challenges in the recruitment process, such as uneven geographic distribution of candidates, limited access to information in remote areas, and inadequate outreach efforts. Additionally, strict selection standards add complexity to the recruitment process. The findings reveal that Lapetal’s strategies, including the use of technology in the selection process, pre-selection training programs, and digital media-based outreach, have proven effective in reaching potential candidates from diverse regions. Enhancing recruiter competencies through training and professional certification and publication of the Integrity Pact also plays a key role in ensuring a transparent and accountable selection process. This study highlights the importance of combining innovative strategies and recruiter competencies to ensure the quality of recruited personnel. Recommendations include strengthening outreach efforts, expanding selection coverage in remote areas, improving transparency using data-driven technology and continue recruiter personnel competency program. These steps are expected to help Lapetal further enhance the effectiveness of TNI AL recruitment to support national defense.</p>Hanny Chandra Sukmana
