In addition, the cognitive-affective attitude is explored as a mediating variable in this research, which encompasses consumers' rational assessments and emotional attachment to the product. This dual-process mechanism allows for further understanding of the implications of consumer perception and emotion concerning their purchasing behavior. A quantitative approach was adopted to analyze the relationships. Data were collected from 350 respondents who had previously bought or were at least considering buying Pond's Age Miracle. The Structural Equation Model was used to analyze the direct and indirect relationships between the variables, capturing a whole understanding of the associations. The results confirm that perceived price, social media reviews, brand image, and word of mouth are antecedents to consumer repurchase intention. More specifically, a strong brand image and favorable social media reviews enhance consumer trust and further encourage brand loyalty. Furthermore, word of mouth acts as an essential factor in influencing purchase decisions, as consumers are more likely to trust recommendations from peers before purchasing skincare products. Moreover, perceived price is important in this regard, as the consumer is looking for a product that is worthy in terms of price and quality. Cognitive-affective attitude is also an important mediating variable that underlines the influence of these factors on repurchase intention. Thus, consumers consider both logic, such as price and reviews, as well as emotional attachment to the brand, strengthening their intention to repurchase.
Anindita Musthika Sari Dipa Mulia Copyright (c) 2025 Anindita Musthika Sari, Dipa Mulia https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-03-23 2025-03-23 6 4 654 661 10.38035/dijms.v6i4.4247 The Influence of Social Media Marketing and Product Variations on Buying Interest in Courses at Easy Course Institutions in Makassar City https://dinastipub.org/DIJMS/article/view/4244
This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing and product variation on the interest in purchasing courses at Easy Course Institute in Makassar City. This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and reward systems on turnover intention through a literature review. The research employs a systematic literature review method by examining previous studies that discuss the relationship between job satisfaction, reward systems, and employees' intention to leave an organization. The findings indicate that job satisfaction plays a crucial role in reducing turnover intention. Factors such as a supportive work environment, good relationships with colleagues and supervisors, and career development opportunities contribute to increased job satisfaction. Furthermore, a fair and competitive reward system, both financial and non-financial, is proven to be effective in enhancing employee retention. Conversely, dissatisfaction with the reward system is a primary driver for employees to seek alternative job opportunities. Therefore, organizations must develop appropriate strategies to manage job satisfaction and reward systems to minimize turnover intention and enhance employee loyalty.
Muhamad Endra Firmansyah Samto Hadi Isnanto Copyright (c) 2025 Muhamad Endra Firmansyah, Samto Hadi Isnanto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-03-29 2025-03-29 6 4 710 718 10.38035/dijms.v6i4.4323 The Influence of Competency, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of the Ground Crew of the Skadron Udara 17 Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Udara Halim Perdanakusuma https://dinastipub.org/DIJMS/article/view/4324
This research aims to prove the influence of competence, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of Ground Crew in Skadron Udara 17 Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Udara Halim Perdanakusuma. For example, access to senior high school (SMA) and vocational high school (SMK) has remained unequal across different sub-districts within West Bandung Regency of Indonesia and will pose a problem in attaining 12 years of compulsory education. In this research, the methods of remote sensing and GIS were integrated for analyzing the spatial distribution and accessibility to senior and vocational high school. Using data from Google Maps in 2021 and Sentinel imagery, the ANN and kernel density methods have been used in identifying the distribution pattern, while conducting buffer analysis to map coverages. In fact, there is a clustered distribution in sub-districts like Lembang, Padalarang, and Cipongkor, with isolated sub-districts like Parongpong and Rongga showing huge accessibility gaps where settlement exists over 7.5 km away from the school. These findings raise awareness of the pressing need for concerted infrastructure planning and investment at sub-national levels in pursuit of equal opportunities that are imperative for sustainable development and social equity in developing countries.
Hamim Zaky Hadibasyir Choirul Amin Retna Dwi Wulandari Putri Maulidianti Nada Salsabila Firdaus Copyright (c) 2025 Hamim Zaky Hadibasyir, Choirul Amin, Retna Dwi Wulandari, Putri Maulidianti, Nada Salsabila Firdaus https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-03-29 2025-03-29 6 4 731 741 10.38035/dijms.v6i4.4054 Work Effectiveness and Discipline Affect Organizational Performance Achievement at Ornamental Fish Cultivation Research Center (BRBIH – KKP) https://dinastipub.org/DIJMS/article/view/4325
Work effectiveness and discipline affect organizational performance achievement. Auditor performance is a critical factor in maintaining the quality and reliability of financial reports and ensuring compliance with applicable auditing standards. Auditors often face significant work pressures, such as tight deadlines, complex regulations, and demands for transparency, which can negatively impact their performance if not properly managed. This study employs a bibliometric method using the VOSviewer software to analyze academic journal articles published between 2020 and 2024. Data were collected from Google Scholar, and 22 relevant articles were selected for detailed review. The findings indicate that both job satisfaction and competence have a significant and positive impact on auditor performance. Visualizations generated by VOSviewer software illustrate the interconnectedness of job satisfaction, competence, and other factors influencing auditor performance. High levels of job satisfaction are associated with increased organizational commitment, enhanced motivation, and lower turnover intentions, contributing to better overall performance. Meanwhile, competence improves work efficiency, decision-making quality, and fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment. The study emphasizes the importance of addressing both job satisfaction and competence as key strategies to enhance auditor performance, which in turn strengthens the effectiveness of auditing processes and contributes to improved organizational outcomes.
Sri Irtanti Khaerudin Khaerudin Copyright (c) 2025 Sri Irtanti, Khaerudin Khaerudin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-04-12 2025-04-12 6 4 852 863 10.38035/dijms.v6i4.4347 Sistematic Literature Review: The Effect of Tax Planning and Tax Management on Financial Performance https://dinastipub.org/DIJMS/article/view/4470
Tax planning and tax management are strategies used by companies to optimize tax obligations to improve financial efficiency and minimize tax risks. This study aims to identify research gaps and understand the relationship between tax planning, tax management, and tax strategies on financial performance. The method used in this research is Sistematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing 25 academic literatures from scientific databases such as Garuda, Sinta, ResearchGate, MDPI, and Springer in the 2020-2025 publication period. This study highlights tax regulations, corporate governance, financial transparency, and industry characteristics that influence tax strategies. The results reveal that there are inconsistencies in the results of previous studies, especially regarding the effect of tax planning and earnings management on tax strategies. Some studies find that tax planning can improve financial performance, while other studies show that aggressive tax strategies risk reducing financial transparency and stability. In addition, it was found that external factors such as tax policy, corporate governance, and international regulations have a significant role in shaping corporate tax strategies. This finding confirms that the effectiveness of tax strategies does not only depend on internal corporate factors, but is also influenced by regulatory dynamics and macroeconomic factors. This study has limitations in the scope of the literature analyzed, so future studies are expected to expand references and deepen the analysis of tax strategies in various industrial sectors and different jurisdictions.
Rizki Agung Santoso Tulus Harefa Mukhtaruddin Mukhtaruddin Copyright (c) 2025 Rizki Agung Santoso, Tulus Harefa, Mukhtaruddin Mukhtaruddin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-04-14 2025-04-14 6 4 864 878 10.38035/dijms.v6i4.4470 Enhancing Human Resource Competence: A Case Study of Personnel at Maintenance Depot 10 https://dinastipub.org/DIJMS/article/view/4348
The maintenance Depot 10 or what so-called Depohar 10 is a unit having the responsibility to conduct middle and heavy-level maintenance for all of aircraft TNI AU.
