There were 59% positive comments which meant that customers felt that the Flip fintech application provided satisfaction with their use, and there were 41% negative comments that some of the obstacles experienced by users were usually related to tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance. This study aims to determine the effect of the dimensions of E-service Quality on E-satisfaction. The results of the respondents who received as many as 100 respondents. Data processing using SPSS v26 software. Low customer satisfaction is caused by low electronic service quality. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic service quality on customer satisfaction and its implications for LinkAja customer loyalty. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a sample size of 80 respondents. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The data collection techniques used were observation and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is path analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that in structure I there was an effect of electronic service quality on customer satisfaction of 78.6%, and the remaining 21.4% was influenced by other variables not studied. In structure II, there is an effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of 40.2%, and the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not studied. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation and direct interviews, namely MAN 1 Jambi City, MAN 1 Muaro Jambi and MAN 1 Batanghari. The data analysis technique uses qualitative through domain, taxonomy and component analysis, and the data is reduced, displayed and summarized. The research results show that (1) the correct, orderly, accurate and systematic planning of madrasah heads makes a significant contribution to empowering teaching staff. (2) Organizing teaching staff with accountable standards and criteria makes it easier to distribute teaching staff evenly. (3) An appropriate implementation process can provide a positive impact in empowering teaching staff. (4) Routine and continuous supervision has an influence on the implementation process in a conducive manner. The development of technology and information has changed business processes, one of which is the marketing process to become completely digital. Selling via social media has opened up opportunities for some MSMEs in the batik industry, a potential industry in Indonesia, to market their products by targeting consumers of various ages and social statuses. This research aims to understand the effectiveness of social media marketing and consumer engagement with sellers through social media marketing. This research will provide insight for MSMEs in the batik industry to optimize their marketing strategies through social media engagement. This research uses a triangulation method by combining the results of interviews with batik entrepreneurs, consumers of batik products, and theory. Analysis of interview results reveals that young consumers feel that selling batik via social media is very effective and is their primary choice. Batik entrepreneurs in Banyuwangi feel that promotions through online social media and offline promotions through physical stores, festivals, and exhibitions are equally important promotional media for attracting customers from various groups. The sampling technique used in this study is the Slovin formula technique with a sample size of 84 people from the total population of 510 employees. This study aims to determine whether work conflict can significantly affect employee performance, both positively and negatively. The method used is a survey with a questionnaire using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample of this study amounted to 84 respondents, namely employees who work at Bhayangkara Sartika Asih Bandung Hospital. The data collected will be analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and regression analysis. This research consists of four main stages. The first stage is primary data collection through a questionnaire distributed through Google Form to employees at the hospital. This questionnaire includes variables related to work conflict and employee performance. The second stage is data processing, where the collected data will be analyzed using descriptive statistical methods to get an overview of the level of work conflict and employee performance in the hospital. Furthermore, regression analysis will be conducted to examine the relationship between work conflict and employee performance. The third stage is the interpretation of the analysis results, where the findings from the data analysis will be explained and analyzed in depth. These results will provide a better understanding of the relationship between work conflict and employee performance at Bhayangkara Sartika Asih Bandung Hospital. The final stage is the preparation of the research report, in which the findings and recommendations will be presented in a systematic and comprehensive manner. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the relationship between work conflict and employee performance in the hospital. The research method used in this research is descriptive survey and explanatory survey, the analysis used in this research is the Nurses in the Surgical Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Banda Aceh with a sample of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the <em>time horizon </em>in this study is <em>cross-sectional</em>. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Productivity of Nurses in the Surgery Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Banda Aceh turned out that most of the Nurses gave very good responses; Work Productivity of Nurses in the Surgery Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Banda Aceh in general can be said to be good, Work Productivity of Nurses in the Surgery Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Aceh is currently considered good seen from the results of data processing and analysis results of 0.894. Work motivation and self-actualization simultaneously affect the work productivity of Nurses at the Iskandar Muda Hospital Surgery Poly in Banda Aceh. However, partially work motivation of 0.673 is more dominant in influencing the work productivity of nurses than self-actualization of 0.360.
