Moreover, the leadership style also has an impact on the overall functioning of the company. Similar outcomes are also demonstrated in the case of organizational culture, which has an impact on corporate performance. Organizational culture plays a role in influencing organizational learning and corporate performance. Organizational culture does not have a moderating effect on the relationship between leadership style and business performance, as evidenced by many findings.
Dedi Nurfalaq, Michael Christian Copyright (c) 2024 Dedi Nurfalaq, Michael Christian https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://dinastipub.org/DIJEMSS/article/view/2451 Mon, 01 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Data-Driven Marketing Strategy to Reach Millennial Consumers https://dinastipub.org/DIJEMSS/article/view/2452
This article explores the efficacy of data-driven marketing strategies in targeting millennial consumers, a demographic known for its unique preferences and digital savvy. Using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as a foundation, we aim to unveil the factors influencing consumer preferences toward sustainable packaging alternatives. Through a quantitative approach, this study involved 150 respondents who were selected purposively, with data analysis utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings indicate a significant relationship between environmental consciousness and positive consumer attitudes towards sustainable packaging, emphasizing the crucial role of environmental consciousness in driving preferences for eco-friendly options. However, consumer attitudes alone do not directly increase the willingness to purchase these products. Instead, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control emerge as the primary determinants, highlighting the strong influence of social pressure and personal efficacy beliefs on sustainable purchasing decisions. This study not only contributes to the theoretical discourse on consumer behavior in environmental sustainability but also offers practical insights for policymakers, businesses, and environmental campaigns in promoting a culture of sustainable consumption through effective communication strategies, policy interventions, and market-based solutions.
Nadia Nadia, Della Nanda Luthfiana, Bimo Harnaji, Andika Andika Copyright (c) 2024 Nadia Nadia, Della Nanda Luthfiana, Bimo Harnaji, Andika Andika https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://dinastipub.org/DIJEMSS/article/view/2434 Fri, 19 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Virtual Community Strategy Adventure Towards Something In Presenting Campaign Messages Through Instagram Accounts https://dinastipub.org/DIJEMSS/article/view/2431
This research aims to explain the campaign content raised by the Adventure Towards Something Virtual Community via its Instagram account@adventure towards something; describe the strategy of the Adventure Towards Something Virtual Community in presenting campaign messages via Instagram accounts; and describes the responses of community participants regarding the campaign carried out by the Adventure Towards Something Virtual Community via their Instagram account@adventure towards something.
