According to the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) data from 2023, 55.06% of Indonesians enjoy accessing online videos. With the advancement of technology, almost all segments of society are able to create video content, especially for social media. However, this is not the case for the organic farmers in Cikurubuk Village, Sumedang Regency. As farmers, they lack the skills to produce promotional content professionally, including video promotions. Yet, they need such content to introduce their organic rice products to a wider audience. As a result, the organic rice they produce is not well-known in the community.

To support the organic farmers of Cikurubuk Village, the Film and Television Production Study Program at Widyatama University conducted a community service project by creating a documentary film in the form of a profile video introducing organic farming in Cikurubuk Village, which can be used as promotional content for Cikurubuk's organic rice. This profile video production employed the documentary film production method, which includes the stages of pre-production, production, and post-production. This method was based on the documentary film production theory of Rosenthal and Eckhardt. The project resulted in a comprehensive profile video about the organic rice from Cikurubuk Village, which also serves to promote their products to the wider public.
2025-04-09T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Kenmada Widjajanto, Erwin Windu Pranata, Muhammad Akbar, Imaniarty Imaniartyhttps://dinastipub.org/DIJEMSS/article/view/4097Correlation Between Students’ Perception Toward Podcasts for Enhancing Listening at Secondary School2025-03-31T18:22:11+00:00Emma Melatiemamelati951@gmail.comSusilo Susiloolisusunmul@gmail.comAridah Darmaharidah@fkip.unmul.ac.idBibit Suhatmadybibitsuhatmady@fkip.unmul.ac.idAridah Darmaharidah@fkip.unmul.ac.idEffendi Limbongeffendilimbong@fkip.unmul.ac.id
The aims of research to analyze the correlation of student perceptions on the use of podcasts in improving listening scores at SMA 1 Samarinda. Religious radicalism is displayed in heartbreaking (inhuman) acts of dishonesty, such as the Bali Bombing, Poso tragedy, Ambon, Sambas, Tolikara, etc. All that is evil, such as the act of killing, terrorizing, burning, destroying fellow humans is strangely framed in the name of religion. This paper wants to limit itself to discussing religious radicalism in Indonesia from a philosophical and theological point of view. The method used is the verstehen method by listening to the reality of radicalism and looking at it in the eyes of philosophy. This becomes important for the growth of a good attitude in objectively viewing religions and living them properly in the context of a multicultural and Pancasila Indonesia. Religious theology, education and lectures should be education of peace, humanist aspects of growth, human culture bloomers, and not education about mastering religious materials that are very formal. Religious education must be in harmony with the values of the nation's called Pancasila.

2025-04-09T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Zulia Hatuti, Kiki Yulia Sari, Rendi Saputra, Sri Lestari, Ismail Ismail , Fatonah Fatonahhttps://dinastipub.org/DIJEMSS/article/view/3985Early Childhood Empowerment In Improving Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors in The Raudahatul Athfal, Sukabumi 2025-03-31T18:28:14+00:00Erna Safariyahernasafariyah@ummi.ac.idMustopa Saepul Alamsyahmustopa@ummi.ac.idAnggun Fajar Ramadhanianggunfajar@ummi.ac.idKartika Tarwatikartikatarwati@ummi.ac.idSiti Um Um AndriyaniSandriyani@ummi.ac.id
Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) encompasses health-related practices driven by personal awareness, enabling families and their members to independently manage their health and actively participate in community activities. Cultivating healthy habits from an early age is crucial, particularly during the preschool years (ages 3-6), a period marked by rapid growth and a natural inclination to explore. Proper nutritional intake and overall health are essential to support this growth. Among the factors influencing early childhood health, clean and healthy living behaviors play a significant role. This community service initiative focuses on instilling these habits in children at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) schools, chosen due to the prevalence of diseases stemming from limited knowledge about PHBS. The program includes interactive health education activities, such as engaging games like the Puzzle of Cita-citaku, Healthy Food Dice, and Clap Your Hands. Running from November 2023 to April 2024, the program has achieved notable results, with 80% of participants demonstrating the ability to simulate proper handwashing techniques, identify healthy food options, dispose of garbage appropriately, and maintain personal hygiene. This initiative not only enhances children's awareness and habits but also supports broader objectives, such as promoting student engagement beyond the campus and applying lecturers’ expertise to benefit the community. The collaborative effort underscores the importance of integrating education and practical activities to foster a healthier, more informed generation.
2025-04-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Erna Safariyah, Mustopa Saepul Alamsyah, Anggun Fajar Ramadhani, Kartika Tarwati, Siti Um Um Andriyanihttps://dinastipub.org/DIJEMSS/article/view/4121The Mediating Effects of Government Innovation Capabilities and ICT Development: E-Government Implementation and Organizational Value Creation in Indonesia2025-03-31T18:32:05+00:00Khamiliyah Lililili_khamiliah@upi.eduAgus RahayuAgusrahayu@upi.eduMaya Sarimayasari@upi.eduPuspo Dewi Dirgantaripuspodewi@upi.edu
Various studies provide evidence that E-Government Implementation contributes to Organizational Value Creation, but more research is still needed to analyze the mediation effect of Government Innovation Capabilities and ICT Development in the influence of E-Government on Organizational Value Creation in Indonesia. The results of archaeological research on the Srivijaya Kingdoms have been used as a historical basis for building Indonesia's identity as a maritime and agrarian nation spread across the archipelago. Archaeological research has grown rapidly since the 1800s and focuses on material culture such as artifacts and features without seeing other non-material objects around them. This paradigm produces a limited narrative that only views humans as the solo actors in the process of cultural formation in civilization, while non-material objects such as the natural environment have been marginalized from the process of identity reconstruction. This phenomenon raises the question of what approach can accommodate material and non-material culture used in one whole perspective in reconstructing identity. This article is theoretical with a desk study of Witmore's thoughts. From the review, it is known that the symmetrical archaeology approach places material and non-material culture as equal data in interpreting the past which produces a more in-depth narrative with various perspectives. Symmetrical archaeology is also able to see the role of non-material culture such as the environment, and thought as active actors in the process of cultural formation. Symmetrical archaeology bridges the connectivity between identities in comprehensive narrative.
2025-04-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Fitriaty Fitriaty, Asyhadi Mufsi Sadzali, Amir Husni, Ade Octaviahttps://dinastipub.org/DIJEMSS/article/view/4174The Influence of Perceptions of Organizational Support, Organizational Justice and Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction: The Mediating Role Organizational Commitment (Case Study of PT. The sample size was determined using a non-probability sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that does not provide an opportunity or chance for each member of the population to be selected as a sample. This study selected samples from the entire population of 103 people. The tool used to analyze the data in this study was SmartPLS-23, 2024. The data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that perceived organizational support did not have a positive effect on organizational commitment, but there was a direct effect on job satisfaction while organizational justice and leadership style had a positive effect on organizational commitment, which then affected job satisfaction and confirmed the mediating role of organizational commitment between organizational justice on job satisfaction and leadership style on job satisfaction. The statistical results show significant t-statistics and p-values, indicating a strong predictive relevance of the model. The statistical results of leadership style on job satisfaction directly show weak t-statistics and p-values, so that leadership style does not have a direct effect on job satisfaction, but has a positive effect through organizational commitment, which then affects job satisfaction. A quantitative approach was employed using SPSS data processing, with online questionnaires and interviews as the primary data collection methods. Data analysis was conducted by surveying respondents who use Starlink to assess their level of acceptance. The findings indicate that overall acceptance of Starlink remains relatively low, with statistical influences from factors such as age, gender, cost, and the type of internet service currently in use. As internet service demand continues to rise, Starlink offers a high-quality, low-latency satellite-based internet solution capable of reaching remote areas. However, its acceptance and adoption are not entirely positive and are influenced by various factors. This study concludes that only certain factors significantly impact Starlink’s acceptance, although the overall perception remains relatively positive, with users tending to fall into the early majority category. A mixed-method approach was used to gather information: questionnaires were sent to 200 students, 50 students were given soft skill tests based on case studies, 10 students, 5 students, and 5 employees were interviewed, and the curriculum and report were analyzed. The study's findings indicate that the student has excellent communication skills (3.7) and teamwork (3.9), but is somewhat lacking in flexibility (2.9) and leadership (3.1). These soft skills emphasize that, while a student can solve problems in a straightforward manner, they struggle to deal with complex situations that require innovation and multidisciplinary teamwork. Interview and document analysis indicate that curriculum adherence and practical experience are crucial for developing soft skills. This study highlights the need for curriculum revision based on student feedback, increased access to learning, and the use of digital technology in education. The convergent validity test showed that all indicators had significant loading factors, with R² values ranging from 15.1% to 52.1%, which showed that the variation in farmers behavioral awareness could be explained by the implementation of IPM. Supporting factors such as resource availability, farmer awareness, and community support contribute positively, while lack of prior knowledge and limited access are obstacles. Recommendations to improve the effectiveness of IPM implementation include the development of relevant training materials, increased farmer involvement, and stakeholder support. With a comprehensive approach, it is hoped that coffee farmers can become more aware and implement sustainable agricultural practices, supporting the sustainability of the agricultural sector in Indonesia.
2025-04-15T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Dwi Indah Rosalina, Sri Tjondro Winarno, Nuriah Yuliatihttps://dinastipub.org/DIJEMSS/article/view/4326Analysis of Factors Affecting Employee Performance at PT Kurnia Agro Kemika Using the SMART PLS 3.0 Method2025-04-16T02:50:02+00:00Agil Satriyo Adjiagilsatriyoadji09@gmail.comSumiati Sumiatisumiati.ti@upnjatim.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance at PT. The research method used is library research by accessing the Google Scholar database using the keywords "Implementation" and "Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project". The results of the study show that the readiness of schools, teachers, supervision, and students greatly affects the success of the implementation of P5. Schools need to provide adequate facilities, involve school committees and communities in planning, and periodically evaluate programs. Teachers play an important role in the implementation of P5, so it is necessary to receive training to understand the preparation of modules, develop learning methods, and master contextual principles, holistic, exploratory, and student-centered. These principles encourage students to be more active, creative, and independent in the learning process. In addition, internal and external supervision is also an important supporting factor. School supervisors provide direction and motivation, while principals and teachers guide and monitor the course of student activities. Structured oversight helps identify constraints and provide timely solutions. With good support from all elements of the school, the implementation of P5 can run more optimally, allowing students to develop academic competence, social skills, and character in accordance with the values of Pancasila, which is the main foundation of education in Indonesia.
2025-04-16T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ritagustiani Ritagustiani, Erianjoni Erianjoni, Junaidi Indrawadi, Eka Asih Febrianihttps://dinastipub.org/DIJEMSS/article/view/4381The Impact of Social Media Marketing and Shopee Live Streaming on Millennial Women's Impulse Buying2025-04-01T04:31:34+00:00Dhiani Apriliantidhiani.75424010@mahasiswa.unikom.ac.idUmi Narimawatiumiarie@email.unikom.ac.idM. This research aims to analyze the influence of these two variables on consumers' impulsive purchasing decisions. Employing a quantitative method, this study involved 110 female millennial respondents in Bogor City. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The research results indicate that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant influence on impulse buying (t-statistic = 2.426; p = 0.017). This suggests that attractive and interactive marketing strategies on social media can encourage spontaneous purchasing decisions. Furthermore, Live Streaming was also proven to contribute significantly to increasing impulse buying (t-statistic = 2.283; p = 0.024). The trustworthiness dimension emerged as the dominant factor in the effectiveness of live streaming, where the higher the level of consumer trust in the seller, the greater the likelihood of them making impulsive purchases. The simultaneous test results (F-test) show that the combination of Social Media Marketing and Live Streaming together significantly influences impulse buying (F-statistic = 10.794; p = 0.000). However, the R-Square value of 0.157 indicates that these two variables only explain 15.7% of the variability in impulse buying, while the remaining 84.3% is influenced by other factors such as discounts, product quality, and consumer psychological aspects. These findings provide implications for business actors to optimize digital marketing strategies to increase impulsive purchases. Future research is expected to explore additional factors and expand the respondent scope to gain a deeper understanding of consumer behavior.
2025-04-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Dhiani Aprilianti, Umi Narimawati, M. It functions as an intermediary institution that gathers funds from surplus parties and distributes them to those in need. As a business entity, banks inherently aim to generate profits while fulfilling their roles as financial intermediaries and development agents (Garr & Awadzie, 2021). This study aims to analyze the impact of internal factors—such as credit distribution, capital participation, liquidity, fee-based income, and bank size—as well as external factors like GDP on the profitability (ROA) of conventional Regional Development Banks (BPD) in Indonesia from 2013 to 2023. The study was conducted in four schools: SMPIT Ulil Albab, SMPIT Fajar Ilahi Batu Aji, SMPIT Fajar Ilahi Sungai Beduk, and SMPIT El-Yasin. The research method used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results showed that the four schools implemented a tahfidz program with different characteristics. SMPIT Ulil Albab implemented the most structured program with five main methods (Talaqqi, Tikrar, Muraja'ah, Wahdah, and Jama') and the Munaqosyah evaluation system. SMPIT Fajar Ilahi (both branches) focused on the joint muroja'ah method and independent memorization with differentiation programs such as AOT (Acceleration of Tahfidz). SMPIT El-Yasin used a more flexible approach. The success rate of the program varied between 60-70%, with SMPIT El-Yasin recording the highest success rate. Spiritual impacts were consistently seen in all schools, including improvements in the quality of worship, prayer discipline, and improvements in student morals. The main challenges faced included limited learning time, a less than ideal teacher-student ratio, and limited learning media.
